As spring approaches, our group wanted to do work on a projects where we could get outside and help make the school look a bit more cheerful. We decided on naming this project 'campus beautification' so that we are able to do anything needed in order to make and keep NPHS looking nice. We approached Mr. Voelz with the idea of planting flowers and watering plants around the school as a start. He loved the idea! He already had the plants, which saved us from having to fundraise to purchase them. We planting the colorful flowers in the large pots outside the entryway to add more color to the front of the school! We have been giving them careful attention the past week with lots of water to ensure they will stay healthy. We have also been watering plants by the field house and library, which are places that that the plants do not get as much attention. Mr. Voelz has new trees for us to plant outside the main entrance after we get back from spring break. We also plan on doing a trash pick up around NPHS' campus when we get back from spring break as well!
